Shipping policy

badknees ships to you in first class mailer envelopes via usps. If weight size is over 16 oz., badknees ships priority. Occasionally we ship UPS - that's if it's a big order.

If this is a custom order, we do not ship to you unless we have arranged for that (even if you see Free Shipping as an option). You will be picking up your order at 902 West Kirkwood Ave. in Bloomington.

If you need to return because of sizing issue, you cover mailing cost back to badknees. badknees will get you a new shirt and cover shipping back to you.

if badknees messes up order, badknees will remedy the situation and get you the right shirt. badknees will also send a prepaid mailer to get me the wrong order back to badknees headquarters.

badknees is a small screen printing operation in Bloomington, Indiana run by me, Jim. It started in my basement 2015ish as hobby while I was teaching. It soon became a side hustle, and then it became my full-time venture in 2019. I print words and animals and sometimes a combination of both onto shirts. We print with waterbased ink most of the time. Occasionally we use screen printed transfers and heat apply them onto shirts. Ask us questions if you have them. I have an awesome 3-person team and we will get back to you in a very timely manner. Unless it's the weekend. We try to not answer questions on the weekend.
