Throughout 2025, badknees was able to donate $3017 to local organizations doing good, hard work. See the details below! And scroll to the bottom to see who we are currently raising money for!

In March of 2025, we started dipping our toes into taking a percentage of our website net sales (excluding custom sales, club sales, and specific fundraising projects) and give monthly donations to various organizations doing good work in these Trumpy times. We are setting our goal at $500 each month. We'll see if we can hit those marks or even exceed! We'll keep you updated on this page!

In March, we were able to raise and donate $452 to  HOOSIER ACTION, a grassroots organization doing work to make this Hoosier state a better place to live for all people. Get involved in any way if you can. 

In April we were able to raise and donate $400 to HOOSIER HILLS FOOD BANK. For decades, Hoosier Hills has been feeding those in need. According to their website they "serve 68,000 households each month." That is truly amazing and we'd like to support their efforts. 

In May, we were able to raise $360 for the great local Bloomington radio station, WFHB. As we all know, Republican leadership is doing everything they can do to gut and defund public broadcasting. Read more about it here!

In June and July we were able to raise $530 for Bloomington PRIDE, Bloomington Indiana's organization fighting for equal rights for LGBTQ+ people in Central and Southern Indiana. This darn state needs organizations like this...Be sure to mark your calendar for August 23rd, Bloomington PRIDE's PrideFest. It's always a great time!

AUGUST + SEPTEMBER GOT AWAY FROM US. WE APOLOGIZE.

In October, we were able to donate $325 to our local NPR station WFIU. Federal funding has been cut for NPR and we are going to try and do our part. We love NPR, especially our local station. It's so good! We're grateful to have it in our community, keeping us informed. 

In November and December, we were able to raise $950 for MOTHER HUBBARD'S CUPBOARD (The Hub) in Bloomington, Indiana. They're an amazing local organization and food pantry "working to relieve hunger and improve access to healthy food." 

NEW YEAR! LET'S GO!

In January and February of 2026, we were able to donate $1,140 to BEACON, an organization in Bloomington, IN, "...dedicated to aiding and empowering people experiencing extreme poverty, especially hunger and homelessness."

Throughout March and April 2026, we are raising money for Middle Way House in Bloomington, IN, an organization providing many services and emergency shelter for "survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking." We will donating 3% of our net online web sales throughout these two months. Our goal is $1000.
