I MISS THE LAUGHING PLANET COLLECTION

LAUGHING PLANET was the best place in the whole world to eat by yourself or with your family or your friends for lunch or dinner. I (Jim) was a classic burrito guy with black beans. And the hot salsa. And the chips and salsa. Nothing fancy. Occasionally I'd get the daily special burrito if it was speaking to me. The food was delicious, and priced right, it was. But I think it was also the vibe and the ambiance. So many memories tied to that place for 20+ years for me. Still missing it when I'm craving a burrito.
