About the Indiana Coalition for Public Education:
The Indiana Coalition for Public Education is a nonpartisan non-profit dedicated to preserving and improving public education for all students. We are parents, teachers, superintendents, school board members, students, retirees, clergy, current and former elected officials, community members and organizations who want to have a voice at the legislature in support of public education. We believe all Indiana children deserve a high quality, equitable, fully-funded education system under local control of parents and citizens. To realize this future, we advocate at the statehouse, inform voters about issues affecting schools, and empower Indiana citizens to advance the public schools in their communities.
